Sisley so Curl Mascara

The Sisley brand is a combination of Parisian style and class. The So Curl is frequently chosen by wealthy women, for whom the price plays a secondary role and the brand itself is important. However, the inadequacy of price to quality is visible here.

Effects

The Sisley mascara thickens, curls and darkens the eyelashes very well, giving them a lot of volume. Eyelashes give an impression of longer, thicker and stronger, however, for such a high price you can expect something more than just an impression. Especially when the So Curl mascara gives similar effects to much cheaper mascaras. In this case it’s paying over the odds.

Brush

Sisley So Curl is an unusual mascara – mainly because of the brush. Although it is a standard nylon-bristle brush, it is fluffy and curved. It’s supposed to make painting easy since the wand perfectly adapts to the natural eyelash line. There are varied opinions however. The left-handers say it is awkward to use, which, in general, is usually the case with asymmetrical brushes.

Formula

It is a combination of strengthening polymers and a vitamin coctail. There are a lot of ingredients – ranging from nutritious pro-vitamin B5, through peptides, arginine, passion flower extract and phytoceramides and ending with castor oil, which negatively affects the consistency and durability of the mascara.

Pros:

  • It curls, thickens and highlights the eyelashes.
  • It contains additional nutrients.

Cons:

  • Definitely too high price.
  • Ingredients that can reduce the durability of the mascara.
  • Inconvenient and not very innovative brush.
